【摘要】:ThispartofISO11681dealswiththesignificanthazardsandspecifiessafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationfordesignandconstructionofportablecombustion-engine,hand-heldchain-saws,designedonlyforusebyoneoperatorandintendedforforestwork.Itdescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofhazardsarisingfromtheiruse.Inadditionitspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpracticestobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.Itdealswithallsignificanthazards.Itdoesnotcoverthehazardfromkickbackformachineswithanenginedisplacementover80cm3.Theenvironmentalaspects,exceptfornoise,havenotbeenconsidered.Chain-sawscoveredbythispartofISO11681aredesignedforusebypersonshavingreadandunderstoodthesafetyrequirementsintheinstructionhandbookandusingtheappropriatepersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE).Thechain-sawscoveredaredesignedonlytobeoperatedwiththerighthandontherearhandleandthelefthandonthefronthandle.ThispartofISO11681doesnotcoverthehazardfromkickback(see5.5.1.3)orbalance(see5.4.1)formachineswithanenginedisplacementofmorethan80cm3
