【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsandtestmethodsformarketedanddeliveredautomotiveLPG(LiquefiedPetroleumGas).ItisapplicabletoautomotiveLPGforuseinLPGenginevehiclesdesignedtorunonautomotiveLPG.NOTE:ForthepurposesofthisEuropeanStandard,theterm"%(V/V)"isusedtorepresentthevolumefraction.WARNING-AttentionisdrawntotheriskoffireandexplosionwhenhandlingLPGandtothehazardtohealthwhicharisesthroughinhalationofexcessiveamountsofLPG.LPGisahighlyvolatilehydrocarbonliquidwhichisnormallystoredunderpressure.Ifthepressureisreleasedlargevolumesofgaswillbeproducedwhichformflammablemixtureswithairovertherangeofapproximately2%(V/V)to10%(V/V).ThisEuropeanStandardinvolvesthesampling,handlingandtestingofLPG.Allproceduresshouldbeconductedawayfromsourcesofignitionsuchasnakedflames,unprotectedelectricalequipmentandelectrostatichazards.Testingshouldbeperformedasfaraspracticableunderanelectrically-safeventilationhood.LPGintheliquidformcancausecoldbumstotheskin.Protectiveclothingsuchasglovesandgogglesshouldbewornifcontactwiththeskinislikelytooccur.UnnecessaryinhalationofLPGvapourshouldbeavoided.Theoperatorshouldnotbeexposedtoatmospherescontainingmorethan1800mg/moveran8htime-weightedaverage(TWA)referenceperiod,ormorethan2250mg/moverashortterm,10minreferenceperiod.OneofthetestsdescribedinthisEuropeanStandardinvolvestheoperatorinhalingamixtureofairandLPGvapour.ParticularattentionisdrawntothecautionarystatementprovidedinA.1,wherethismethodisreferredto.
