【摘要】:Theprovisionsofthisguideareintendedtocontrolthequalityofindustrialradiographsandunexposedfilmsonlyandarenotintendedforcontrollingtheacceptabilityofthematerialsorproductsradiographed.ItisfurtherintendedthatthisguidebeusedasanadjuncttoGuideE94.Thenecessityforapplyingspecificcontrolproceduressuchasthosedescribedinthisguideisdependenttoacertainextent,onthedegreetowhichauseradherestogoodprocessingandstoragepracticesasamatterofroutineprocedure.1.1Thisguidemaybeusedforthecontrolandmaintenanceofindustrialradiographsandunexposedfilmsusedforindustrialradiography.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Note18212;Forinformationpurposes,refertoTerminologyE1316.Thetermsstatedtherein,however,arenotspecificallyreferencedinthetextofthisdocument.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
