【摘要】:Thispartofthestandarddealswithcostplanninginbuildingconstruction,inparticularwiththeidentificationandclassificationofcosts.Itcoversthedirectcostsofworkperformedforthenewconstruction,conversionandmodernizationofbuildingsastheindirectcostsinvolved;seeDIN18960forspecificationsrelatingtotherunningcostsofbuildings.Thestandarddefinestermstobeusedincostplanning;itspecifiesthedistinctivefeaturesofcosts,thusprovidingabasisonwhichcomparisonsoftheresultsofsuchcostplanningmaybeundertaken.Costdataidentifiedinaccordancewiththisstandardmay,whenusedforotherpurposes(e.g.paymentofcontractor'swork,taxreliefapplications),betakenasinputdataforthenecessarycalculations.However,anevaluationofcostsintermsoftherelevantregulationsliesoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.
