【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofflashbangersandflashbangerbatteriesandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasflashbangersandflashbangerbatteriesincategories1,2and3inEN14035-2andwhichcontainpyrotechnicreportcompositionthatisnitrate/metal-basedorperchlorate/metal-based.Itisnotapplicabletofireworkscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(II);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedinmassfractionofsulphuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40mm.SchemesfortypetestingofflashbangersandflashbangerbatteriesandbatchtestingofflashbangersandflashbangerbatteriesarespecifiedinannexAandannexBrespectively.
